They’re caused by stress. And I mean, literally everyone gets stressed. 

Also, according to recent studies,
there’s actually a great remedy for stress. Humor.

Humor is totally a sign of our humanity—bringing us all together over a common theme.
It even makes it easier to have taboo discussions, providing an air of relief, and a lighthearted perspective. And this is huge: having these seemingly taboo discussions, all while maintaining
a comedic tone, is like a catalyst when it comes to erasing the cold sore stigma. 

So let’s use humor to shine a light on the importance of being a confident b*tch,
especially when you have a cold sore. Because confidence is an attitude, not a look—
and anyone who embraces the taboo, who is unafraid to speak their mind, and who is funny
for a cause, can be a confident b*tch with a cold sore, if they dare.

Presenting the “Confident Bitch With a Cold Sore” video series,

She’s not letting that toxicity get in her head. The videos feature a step-by-step, detailed process she takes to get ready, leading up to how you deal with a cold sore. So how do you cover it up? You don’t.
